The current PHR exam content outline encompasses 7 functional areas. The upcoming version, however, will include 5 functional areas. Does your 2024 print edition no longer cover the functional areas excluded from the new ECO?

Our exam preparation course and 2024 print edition still comprehensively covers all functional areas outlined in the current PHR exam content, including:
- Business Management
- Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition
- Learning and Development
- Total Rewards
- Employee Engagement
- Employee and Labor Relations
- HR Information Management

The upcoming version will include 5 functional areas, excluding Employee Engagement and HR Information Management. However, our materials are well-aligned with these changes. HR Information Management is thoroughly discussed in Unit 1, and we have merged Employee Engagement and Employee Relations into a comprehensive section in Unit 5.

The recent reorganization of scoring may not alter the core content tested. Discussing Employee Engagement and HR Information Management is important for professionals to have a comprehensive understanding of HR, relevance to real-world scenarios, opportunities for professional development, adaptability to industry changes, and a holistic approach to HR practices.

Rest assured, our materials are designed to prepare you thoroughly for the exam, adapting seamlessly to the evolving exam structure. If you have any further questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out. We're here to support your success!
