If live: you might have entered the webcast using a different email address from that in our system. Another reason course be if you were in session for less than 45 minutes, or if webcast didn't qualify for a credit.
If you viewed an archived webcast, please make sure you click on "Redeem My Credit" once the timer has run out. For all other issues, please email events@hr.com
