How do I delete or remove a rating or review?

To ensure integrity of all ratings, a company or admin cannot delete ratings and reviews. Product ratings that are inappropriate, not from a user, or a competitor can be reported to hrdirectory@hr.com An owner or admin can always add feedback to a review.
