How can I get my employees/customers to provide more feedback?

The more feedback, the better. Admins can share product survey links directly with employees / customers. Start by selecting "Product Tools" shown in each product tile, then in the subsequent form enter the email addresses for the receipients and select Send.

 Admins can also set up coupons and offer discounts for each product as an incentive for completing a survey.
