Can we address feedback directly to the user?

Owners and admins can add a feedback response to product reviews. To add a feedback visit the Ratings Overview section in the product listing page . Then select the "View Rating Details" link next to each review, type in a freeform response in the space provided, and select Submit Response. Users can also rate reviews for their helpfulness by selecting the Like and Dislike buttons .
