Can I ask my clients to respond and offer a rating directly to my company?

Absolutely.

Clients can visit your company directory listing, select "Products", then click on the "Rate this" link shown in each product tile. Clients can also rate reviews left by others for their helpfulness.

As the company owner or admin you can -

a) Send direct invites to clients to rate your products. Select "Products", click on "Product Tools" link shown in each tile, add email addresses and click Send. You can also personalize your message by selecting "Edit email message".

b) Respond to product ratings, add coupons & offer discounts for completing a survey.
